About This Role
Headway is looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide therapy services to patients through their digital mental health platform. You'll conduct individual counseling sessions with clients seeking support for various mental health concerns, with the flexibility to work remotely or in-clinic depending on your preference. Your caseload will be managed through Headway's integrated system, which handles appointment scheduling and coordinates with patients' insurance coverage to streamline the administrative side of care. This role suits clinicians who want to expand access to mental health services without juggling multiple insurance panels and who value a supportive workplace culture.
