Job Description
Life Care Centers is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team.
In this role, you will assist physical therapists in delivering individualized rehabilitation programs for senior residents, support treatment planning, document patient progress, and help ensure safe, effective therapy sessions.
You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team in a family-focused, patient-first environment that emphasizes compassion, quality, and measurable outcomes.
