About This Role
You'll deliver one-on-one applied behavior analysis therapy to adult clients with autism in their homes, implementing treatment plans under supervisor guidance. This position runs Monday through Friday from 4:30pm to 7:30pm, offering predictable evening hours without overnight travel. Once you obtain your RBT certification, you'll earn $20-$23 per hour. The role suits candidates who are patient, detail-oriented, and genuinely committed to helping clients build practical life skills. You should be comfortable working independently in clients' homes while maintaining close communication with your clinical team. Prior experience in behavioral health or caregiving is helpful, but the right attitude and willingness to learn matter most.

Compensation: $20-$23/hour once certified 4:30pm-7:30pm Monday-Friday We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). If you are not yet certified as an RBT, we can help you get there! In this role, you will provide services to ADULTS with autism in our clinic, working closely with a behavior analyst to implement personalized treatment plans.
