Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Position 2
Schedule: Sunday – Wednesday Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Job Type: W2 Contract-to-Hire Pay Rate $ 42 . 00-45.00 an hour
Benefits: available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patients with physical, emotional, cognitive, and psychosocial deficits Assess patients’ ability to safely perform activities of daily living and independent living skills Develop individualized treatment plans, including frequency and type of therapy Implement treatment plans using appropriate therapeutic modalities Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as needed Educate patients and caregivers regarding deficits, rehabilitation goals, and adaptive equipment Assist with discharge planning and coordination of continued care/services Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and therapy technicians in accordance with practice standards and regulations Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy Michigan Occupational Therapist (OTR) License BLS Certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire) Experience in Inpatient Rehabilitation Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy preferred Acute Care experience preferred New graduate candidates will be considered and trained About A-Line Staffing Solutions A-Line Staffing Solutions is a trusted healthcare staffing partner connecting nurses, allied health professionals, and clinical support staff with top healthcare organizations across the United States.
