About This Role
You'll establish clinical protocols and standards as one of Centerbrite's founding team members, building the ABA therapy program from the ground up rather than inheriting existing structures. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing treatment frameworks, supervising clinical staff, managing client cases, and ensuring consistent quality across all services. This role offers flexibility to start part-time and transition to full-time as the caseload expands, allowing you to scale at a pace that works for you. You'll partner closely with the Clinical Director to shape how the organization delivers care. This position suits BCBAs who are comfortable with ambiguity, want to influence how a practice operates from its inception, and are motivated by building sustainable systems rather than simply maintaining status quo. Strong clinical judgment and the ability to document outcomes are essential.

As our Lead BCBA, you won't inherit someone else's broken playbook — you'll write the first one. This role is designed to be flexible from the start: come in part-time and grow into full-time as the caseload builds, on your timeline.
