About This Role
This PRN position allows you to work flexible hours as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Castle Peak in Eagle, Colorado, earning $46 per hour. You'll support licensed physical therapists by helping patients with rehabilitation exercises, mobility work, and recovery protocols in a community-based setting. The role suits candidates who thrive in variable schedules and prefer picking up shifts rather than committing to full-time hours. You should have strong patient interaction skills, the ability to follow treatment plans precisely, and genuine interest in helping people regain function. This is ideal for assistants seeking supplemental income, those new to the field building experience, or professionals looking for schedule flexibility while working within an established therapy organization.

Frequently asked questions
How does PRN therapy work?
PRN (per diem) therapists pick up shifts or visits as needed without a fixed weekly schedule. Some employers require a minimum number of shifts per month; home-health PRN is typically paid per visit.
Does PRN pay more than full-time?
Yes — PRN hourly and per-visit rates are typically 15–35% higher than full-time staff rates, since the role doesn't include benefits or guaranteed hours.
Are benefits included?
Most PRN therapy roles do not include health benefits or PTO; the higher rate offsets that. Some larger systems offer benefits at higher commitment tiers.
