About This Role
Headway is hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor to deliver direct mental health services to patients through their integrated platform. You'll conduct individual therapy sessions, develop treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation while working within their technology-enabled care model. This role combines traditional counseling practice with modern healthcare delivery—you'll connect with clients seeking accessible mental health support, with the administrative side streamlined through Headway's system that coordinates insurance and scheduling.
