About This Role
This is an on-site position at a healthcare facility where you'll work directly with patients under an Occupational Therapist's supervision. Your day involves implementing therapy plans tailored to each person's needs, helping them rebuild daily living skills and regain independence through hands-on support. You'll document progress in electronic medical records, communicate with nurses and other care team members, and adjust approaches based on patient progress. This role suits people who are detail-oriented, genuinely interested in patient outcomes, and comfortable working in a team-based medical environment.
