About This Role
Headway is building a mental health counseling team in West Milton, Vermont and needs a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who can deliver direct patient care. In this role, you'll conduct therapy sessions with clients, develop treatment plans, and provide the clinical expertise that forms the backbone of their practice. You'll work within their insurance-based model, which means helping patients access care through their existing coverage. This is a position for someone with an active LMHC license who is genuinely committed to clinical work—you should be comfortable with one-on-one therapeutic relationships and the steady pace of regular client caseloads. Headway values counselors who can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment focused on expanding mental health access.
