About This Role
In this clinical role, you'll provide direct mental health counseling and therapy to clients navigating personal challenges and mental health conditions. You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions as part of Headway's mission to expand access to affordable mental health care. Your days will involve client sessions, documentation, and collaboration with the broader care team to ensure coordinated treatment. This position suits LCSWs who are patient-centered, comfortable working within a digital-first healthcare model, and motivated by removing barriers to mental health services. You'll need an active LCSW license and a genuine commitment to helping individuals achieve meaningful improvement in their mental health and quality of life.
