About This Role
In this remote position based in Oregon, you'll provide direct mental health counseling to patients through Headway's integrated insurance network platform. Your days will involve conducting therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and maintaining detailed clinical documentation. You'll work with a diverse caseload while leveraging Headway's streamlined systems to minimize administrative burden and focus on patient care. This role suits licensed mental health counselors who are comfortable with telehealth delivery, value working independently from home, and want to expand access to mental health services.
