About This Role
Headway is looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide therapy and mental health support to patients through their digital platform. You'll conduct sessions, develop treatment plans, and work with clients dealing with various mental health concerns. The role emphasizes building strong therapeutic relationships while navigating Headway's integrated system that handles insurance coordination and appointment scheduling.
