Life Insurance Paid Holidays Short term disability 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance The Position: Full-Time The Behavior Technician will provide one-on-one applied behavioral therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults under the clinical supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The Behavior Technician will follow individualized treatment plans to deliver quality therapeutic services. Responsibilities: Complete daily acquisition skills, maintenance, and mastered skills as directed by BCBA Collect accurate data and complete daily notes and programming sheets Follow individualized behavior plans and treatment plans Complete all programing requests from BCBA Assist in providing a safe environment Attend weekly meetings and training as requested Other duties as assigned Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age Possess a minimum of a high school diploma Must be able to obtain and maintain a CPR certification Must be able to pass background checks, TB test, and a drug test Must maintain RBT certification (if not yet RBT, we will provide the training to become an RBT) Provide a resume or curriculum vita that includes at least three professional references Ability to handle the physical aspects of the job: lifting, bending, standing, crouching, twisting/turning, weight bearing, ability to lift 50 pounds Must have sufficient corrected or uncorrected vision to carry out all duties and responsibilities Follow the professional and ethical compliance codes established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB): Effective interpersonal communications and the ability to work well with others as a team Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral Ability to keep accurate records and perform administrative tasks Time management Preferred Skills: Bachelors degree in related field is highly preferred (ABA, Behavioral Health, Education, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Speech Language Pathology, etc.) Computer knowledge including Windows and Google applications At least two years of experience working with individuals with challenging behaviors, skill deficits, and/or learning deficits
