About This Role
This role involves providing direct mental health counseling and clinical support to clients through Headway's platform. You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy sessions while working within a practice that prioritizes making mental healthcare more accessible. The position allows you to work with diverse clients facing various psychological challenges. You'll collaborate with Headway's team to navigate insurance processes smoothly, reducing administrative burden. This role suits licensed clinical social workers who are self-motivated, empathetic, and comfortable operating in a telehealth or hybrid environment. You should be skilled at building therapeutic relationships, managing caseloads independently, and staying current with evidence-based treatment practices. Prior experience in community mental health, outpatient settings, or private practice is valuable.
