Job Description

Mantey Heights Rehabilitation & Care Center, a Stellar Living community in Grand Junction, CO, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA).

In this role, you will support residents with therapeutic activities, implement treatment plans under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, and help residents improve independence and quality of life.

You’ll document progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, and educate residents and families.
