About This Role
Headway is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to deliver direct therapeutic services to patients in Moorland, Kentucky. You'll conduct individual counseling sessions, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based mental health support to help clients address their concerns. This role focuses on clinical work rather than administrative tasks, allowing you to spend your time doing what you were trained to do—providing quality mental health care. The ideal candidate holds a current LMHC license, has experience in counseling or therapy, and genuinely wants to help people navigate mental health challenges. You should be comfortable working within an insurance-based model and committed to making mental health services accessible to the communities you serve.
