Job Description
As a Behavior Specialist at ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education, you will provide direct behavioral support to students in educational settings.
You will implement behavior intervention plans, collect and analyze data, and collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families.
Using research-based, ABA-informed strategies, you’ll teach social, communication, and adaptive skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Requirements
Active BCBA certification from BACB in good standing
1+ year of clinical experience preferred; new grads considered for residency tracks.
BLS required. ACLS preferred for hospital roles.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
