Job Description
ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking a Behavior Specialist to support students in our Education, Training & E-Learning programs.
In this role, you will implement research-based behavior intervention plans, collect and analyze data, and collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families.
You will help create safe, supportive classrooms, contribute to IEPs, and coach staff in effective behavior strategies.

Requirements
Active BCBA certification from BACB in good standing
Experience requirements vary by employer.
BLS typically required.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
