About This Role
Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to work with seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings around Pestletown, New Jersey. You'll implement treatment plans designed by supervising Physical Therapists, focusing on helping patients improve strength, balance, and mobility while reducing fall risk. Daily tasks involve hands-on therapy sessions, teaching patients and their families proper techniques, and documenting progress. You'll work directly under a PT's oversight and collaborate with the broader care team. This role suits candidates with strong interpersonal skills who genuinely enjoy working with older adults and take satisfaction in helping patients regain independence. A valid PTA credential is required.
