Job Description
Solaris HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to provide hands-on rehab services in our skilled nursing and long-term care centers.
Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will deliver individualized treatment plans, support mobility and functional gains, document progress, and educate residents and families.
You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive, patient-centered environment that values dignity, respect, and clinical excellence, with ongoing training and opportunities for growth.
