The Recovery Specialist II provides direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards. Shifts Available: Temporary, expected 4 months: Full Time | AM| 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Tuesday - Saturday Expected starting wage range is $21.00 - $22.52. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. Depending on what shifts you are asked to work: Shift differentials for hourly staff (6% for PM Shift, 10% for NOC Shift). Weekend Shift differentials for hourly staff (5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend NOC Shift) What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
- High school diploma or G.E.D and two (2) years of experience in a psychiatric mental health setting or BA/BS with one (1) year experience in mental health setting
- Knowledge of basic nursing skills and interventions, as well as mental and physical health conditions and terminologies
- Certification as a CNA or its equivalent is acceptable documentation of nursing skills knowledge
- Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
