Job Description

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team.

In this role, you’ll support licensed Occupational Therapists in delivering individualized treatment plans to seniors in a compassionate, person-centered environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with therapeutic activities, documenting progress, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.
