About This Role
This role involves delivering direct clinical mental health services to clients through Headway's platform, which focuses on making care accessible and removing insurance barriers. You'll conduct assessments, provide therapy, and develop treatment plans for individuals facing various mental health challenges. As an LCSW, you'll use your clinical expertise to support clients in addressing their specific needs while working within a system designed to simplify the administrative side of mental health care. This position suits licensed clinical social workers who are patient-centered, comfortable with teletherapy or in-person settings, and motivated by the mission of expanding mental health access.
