About This Role
EnCompass is looking for a Speech Pathologist to deliver therapy services across both inpatient rehabilitation settings and home health visits in the Greenville area. You'll work with patients addressing speech, language, swallowing, cognitive, and voice disorders, conducting assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to individual needs. The role combines facility-based work with in-home patient care, giving you variety in your daily environment and patient interactions. This position suits clinicians who are comfortable working independently in patients' homes and collaborating within a larger healthcare network. You should be organized, adaptable, and patient-focused, with the ability to manage caseload documentation while delivering quality therapeutic services.
