About This Role
As a Physical Therapist Assistant with Tender Touch Rehab Services, you'll work directly under a supervising PT to deliver hands-on therapy to elderly patients in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities around Erskine Lakes, New Jersey. Your daily responsibilities involve executing customized treatment plans focused on restoring mobility, balance, and strength while helping seniors regain independence. You'll document patient progress, teach patients and their families about exercises and recovery, and coordinate care with doctors, nurses, and other staff members.
