About This Role
This role involves delivering music therapy to children in both hospital inpatient units and outpatient clinics at Marshfield Clinic. You'll evaluate each patient's needs, create individualized treatment plans, and use music-based interventions to help manage pain, reduce anxiety, and support emotional well-being. Your day includes collaborating with doctors, nurses, and behavioral health specialists to ensure coordinated care that fits each child's developmental stage. You'll also work with families to teach them how music can support their child's healing at home.
