About This Role
This full-time day shift role at Trinity Health's inpatient rehab facility involves evaluating and treating patients recovering from medical conditions or injuries using clinical protocols and evidence-based methods. You'll conduct assessments, design rehabilitation programs, and deliver hands-on therapy while documenting patient progress. A significant part of your day includes educating patients and their families on managing disabilities and preventing complications. You'll also collaborate with the broader healthcare team to coordinate care plans. The position includes weekend and holiday rotation as part of the schedule. This role suits compassionate clinicians who enjoy working with medically complex patients and value patient education as much as direct treatment. Prior experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings is preferred.
