About This Role
Headway is hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide therapy and mental health support to patients through their digital platform. You'll conduct individual counseling sessions, develop treatment plans, and work with clients addressing various mental health concerns. The role involves managing your own caseload while coordinating with Headway's insurance integration system to streamline patient care.
