Job Description
Berkshire Post Acute in Denver, Colorado is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our resident-first skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation team.
In this on-site role, you’ll deliver hands-on therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist, supporting residents’ mobility, strength, and functional independence following illness, injury, or surgery.
Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, documenting in EMR, educating residents and families, and collaborating closely with nursing and rehabilitation colleagues to achieve quality clinical outcomes in a respectful, team-oriented environment.
