About This Role
You'll provide direct mental health counseling and therapy to clients working through a range of personal and psychological challenges. As a full-time LCSW, your days involve conducting sessions, developing treatment plans, and documenting patient progress while collaborating with Headway's broader clinical team. The role operates within a telehealth-enabled model that prioritizes making care accessible, so you may see clients both in-person and virtually depending on the practice setup. You'll handle your own caseload, manage insurance verification and processing, and stay current with clinical best practices. This position suits LCSWs who are compassionate listeners, organized in their documentation, and comfortable working within a modern healthcare system that uses technology to streamline administrative work. Strong clinical skills and genuine interest in expanding mental health access are essential.
