About This Role
As an Early Childhood Behavior Technician, you'll work directly with young children on the autism spectrum in a clinic setting, delivering applied behavior analysis therapy based on individualized treatment plans. You'll spend your days implementing therapeutic techniques, collecting behavioral data, and building rapport with children through structured play and learning activities. This is a 30-hour-per-week position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from noon to 4:00pm, making it ideal for those seeking predictable part-time work. Compensation ranges from $16 to $22 hourly depending on your experience and RBT certification status. - Training: Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course is preferred but not required to interview.
