About This Role
You'll work directly with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, delivering behavior therapy sessions using applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques. No prior experience is required—Atlas provides comprehensive training and clinical support to help you succeed. Your days involve one-on-one and small group sessions where you'll implement treatment plans, track patient progress, and collaborate with senior clinicians. You'll work within a structured environment designed to prevent burnout while keeping your focus on meaningful clinical outcomes. Requirements
Active BCBA certification from BACB in good standing
Open to new graduates and entry-level nurses.
BLS required. Paid orientation and mentorship typically provided.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
