Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals. Utilize evidence-based techniques and modalities to enhance recovery. Educate patients on exercises and lifestyle modifications for optimal health. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment for patients and staff. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in physical therapy. Requirements: Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Delaware. Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others. Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Commitment to continuous professional development and education. CPR and First Aid certification required.
