About This Role
In this role, you'll deliver direct mental health counseling and therapy to clients dealing with a range of psychological and emotional challenges. Your days will involve conducting individual therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care. You'll work within Headway's streamlined platform, which handles much of the insurance complexity so you can focus on patient outcomes. This position is ideal for LCSWs who are passionate about expanding mental health access and comfortable working in a modern, technology-enabled clinical environment. You should be skilled at building therapeutic relationships and committed to evidence-based treatment approaches.
