About This Role
Step Up Rehab is seeking a certified physical therapy assistant to work in the therapy gym at one of two skilled nursing facilities in the Jacksonville area. You'll spend your days helping residents recover mobility and independence through hands-on therapy exercises and techniques under a licensed physical therapist's supervision. This is a facility-based role where you'll work directly with patients in a dedicated therapy environment, providing encouragement and support as they progress toward their rehabilitation goals. The position offers a $3,500 sign-on bonus for full-time employment. This role suits candidates with a current PTA certification who are compassionate, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a team-based healthcare setting with diverse patient populations.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
