About This Role
Columbia Mental Health is looking for a licensed therapist to deliver direct mental health services at their Rippon Landing location. In this role, you'll conduct client assessments, create tailored treatment plans, and facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions for clients with varying mental health needs. You'll work alongside psychiatrists, social workers, and other clinical professionals, participating in team meetings and case reviews to ensure coordinated care. Documentation and record-keeping are core responsibilities. This position suits clinicians who are comfortable working in a collaborative healthcare setting, have strong clinical skills across multiple therapy modalities, and are committed to evidence-based practice. Prior experience with diverse populations and various mental health conditions is beneficial.
