About This Role
This role places you directly in client care, delivering therapy and counseling services through Headway's platform to help individuals address mental health challenges. You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing clinical support while leveraging Headway's streamlined approach to insurance and accessibility. The position suits licensed clinical social workers who are comfortable working in a modern, tech-enabled environment and committed to expanding mental health access. You'll need an active LCSW license and a genuine desire to help clients navigate difficult situations.
