About This Role
You'll visit patients in their homes throughout the Lake Spring area, conducting evaluations and delivering hands-on physical therapy to reduce pain, improve mobility, and help people regain independence. Your days involve traveling between appointments, working directly with patients in their living environments, and adapting treatment plans to real-world settings. This role suits licensed physical therapists who are comfortable with independent work, enjoy building relationships with patients, and can manage their own schedule across multiple home visits. You'll need strong clinical skills and the ability to make treatment decisions without constant supervision. A car and valid driver's license are essential for traveling between patient homes.

Frequently asked questions
What license do I need to apply?
An active state license in your discipline (PT, OT, SLP, LCSW, LPC, BCBA, etc.) in good standing. Therapy licensure is state-specific — the PT, OT, and ASLP-IC compacts let you practice in member states without a separate license.
Is this a school-year or year-round position?
School-based therapy roles typically follow a 9- or 10-month school-year calendar with summers off. Outpatient, hospital, home-health, and telehealth positions are year-round with PTO. Both options are widely available — check the job description for specifics.
What experience is expected?
Most therapy roles welcome new grads through mid-career clinicians. Specialty positions (acute care, NICU, pediatric feeding, hand therapy) typically prefer 2+ years plus relevant certifications.
