About This Role
Headway is hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide direct mental health services to patients through their digital platform. You'll conduct individual therapy sessions, develop treatment plans, and manage caseloads while leveraging Headway's technology to streamline insurance coordination and patient access. This role suits LPCs who are self-directed, comfortable working in a virtual or hybrid environment, and motivated by the ability to reach patients who might otherwise face barriers to care. You'll work within a team that values ongoing clinical development and emphasizes both therapeutic outcomes and staff wellbeing. The position offers the flexibility of remote work while maintaining meaningful patient relationships and professional autonomy in treatment decisions.
