Job Description
SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP) - GOLDEN YEARS NURSING HOME Liberty Cares With Compassion At Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services, we promote a challenging, but rewarding opportunity in a caring environment. We are currently seeking an experienced: SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST ( SLP ) Work with a multidisciplinary team to insure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans. Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with local management support. Job Requirements: EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program. CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working. Must have 3 C's.

Active SLP license in good standing in the state of employment

BLS typically required.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
