About This Role
You'll work directly with patients in PruittHealth's Valdosta facility, delivering hands-on rehabilitation support under a licensed Physical Therapist's supervision. Your days involve executing treatment plans tailored to each patient, guiding them through exercises and mobility training, and tracking their progress in the electronic medical record system. You'll also teach patients and their families how to continue therapy at home. This is a full-time, on-site position suited for someone with a PTA certification or equivalent credential who genuinely enjoys working with patients and helping them rebuild strength and function. You should be detail-oriented about documentation, comfortable following clinical protocols, and able to communicate clearly with both patients and the therapy team.
