Job Description

Capstone Healthcare Staffing seeks an Occupational Therapy Director to lead and grow our therapy services across partner hospitals, clinics, and medical centers.

In this leadership role, you will oversee clinical quality, staffing, and regulatory compliance while guiding a team of OTs and COTAs.

You will collaborate with healthcare partners to align therapy services with patient needs, support program development, and mentor clinicians.
