About This Role
This Psychiatric position in Middletown serves patients in a community-based mental health setting. You'll provide direct clinical care as a board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist, with the option to step into a Clinical Director role if interested. The schedule includes 4 weeks of vacation and 11 paid holidays annually, supporting genuine work-life balance. Compensation includes dental and life/disability coverage plus a profit-sharing plan.
