About This Role
As an RBT with The Treetop, you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes throughout the Centrepoint area. Your days involve working directly with children with autism and special needs, implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data on client progress, and communicating with supervisors and families about outcomes. This is in-home work, so you'll spend time traveling to different clients' residences rather than working from a clinic. The role suits candidates who have or are working toward RBT certification, have genuine interest in behavioral health, and feel comfortable working independently in family environments. You'll need strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to build rapport with both children and parents while maintaining professional boundaries.
