Job Description

Lutheran Social Services seeks a compassionate Therapist to provide trauma-informed, client-centered counseling to individuals and families in our Community & Social Services programs.

Responsibilities include psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and coordination with internal and community partners.

The Therapist supports diverse clients facing behavioral health, housing, and family challenges, documenting services and outcomes.
