About This Role
This onsite position at a senior living community focuses on helping residents maintain independence and quality of life. You'll conduct functional assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and lead therapeutic activities that enhance mobility, safety, and daily living skills. Collaboration is central to the role—you'll work regularly with nursing staff, caregivers, and families to coordinate care and educate loved ones about recovery strategies. Fall prevention and wellness initiatives are key priorities.
