About This Role
This is an on-site position where you'll work directly with patients to help them rebuild functional abilities and independence following injury or illness. You'll execute therapy plans designed by occupational therapists, assist with activities of daily living training, and maintain accurate records in the electronic health system. The role requires close coordination with doctors, nurses, and other care professionals to ensure patients receive consistent support. You'll spend your time in hands-on patient interaction and documentation, making a visible difference in people's recovery. This role suits candidates who are detail-oriented, patient-focused, and comfortable working as part of a larger healthcare team under clinical supervision.
