Job Description

CMS Therapy Group is seeking a compassionate and self-motivated mental health therapist to join our growing private practice.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for conducting diagnostic assessments to determine medical necessity, co-constructing treatment plans with measurable goals and objectives, providing crisis intervention as needed, and providing case management support to ensure clients are receiving appropriate ongoing care.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting with children, adolescents, and adult clients, and is committed to delivering therapeutic excellence.
