About This Role
You'll provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and families through Headway's technology-enabled platform, which streamlines patient access and insurance billing. As an LMFT, your day-to-day work involves conducting sessions, developing treatment plans, and supporting clients through various mental health challenges. You'll work within a collaborative team environment that values clinical expertise and client outcomes. This role suits licensed therapists who are comfortable working in a virtual or hybrid setting and want to expand their reach beyond traditional office-based practice. You'll need strong clinical skills, the ability to work independently while coordinating with other professionals, and a genuine commitment to making mental health care more accessible. The position offers the flexibility of modern telehealth practice combined with the structure of an established mental health organization.
