About This Role
This role involves delivering one-on-one and small group ABA therapy sessions to young children with autism in a clinic setting. You'll work Monday through Friday afternoons (12:30 pm–4:30 pm), making it a flexible part-time or full-time position depending on your availability. The work focuses on implementing behavior intervention plans, reinforcing positive behaviors, and using play-based techniques to support skill development. Pay ranges from $17 to $22 per hour based on your experience and RBT certification level. Prior ABA experience or certification as a Registered Behavior Technician is essential.

- Be a Play Leader: Work 1:1 with children in their homes. You aren’t just "monitoring"—you are actively playing, moving, and engaging a child to help them meet their goals.

- Data & Collaboration: Collect progress data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs to ensure the child is thriving.

- Work Environment: This role operates exclusively in the client's home environment. You must feel comfortable working inside client homes and visiting neighborhoods within the assigned Shelby territory.

- Training: Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course is preferred but not required to interview.
